Shelley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, offers individual and couples therapy through her private practice in Orlando. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and in 1995 with a Master’s of Social Work. Shelley’s twenty-five plus years of clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents and adults in various clinical settings. Her specialty areas include assessing and treating those with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, couples counseling, and separation/divorce issues. She also provides treatment for individuals who are survivors of abuse and trauma. Shelley is EMDR certified. She has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1993 and a member of the EMDR International Association since 2005. Due to Shelley's interest in mentoring other therapists she offers consultation for those looking to become certified EMDR clinicians and is a State of Florida qualified supervisor for mental health and social work interns.
